PACE ASSESSMENT REFUNDS

  • A PACE Assessment Refund is issued if there has been an overpayment of a PACE Assessment.

  • Overpayments are determined once Non-Ad Valorem PACE Assessments are distributed from the County Tax Collector's office and the PACE Assessment account is reconciled against full prepayments.

  • Overpayments amounts larger than $100 will be refunded no later than June 30th.

​

  • The Annual Assessment Administration Fee and current Annual Tax Collection Administration Fee are not refundable.
