This website only manages prepayments for the Florida Resiliency and Energy District.

CONFIRM the District by following these steps:
1. Go to your County Tax Collector web page.
2. Search for the property taxes, and enter the property address.
3. Open the most current property tax bill.
4. Go to the section of the bill titled "Non-Ad Valorem"(usually at the bottom of the bill).
5. In the Non-Ad Valorem section, it should list the Levying Authority as:

SUBMITTING A REQUEST FOR THE FLORIDA RESILENCY AND ENERGY DISTRICT
Request must be submitted online using the Prepayment Request Form below.

All requests are processed within three to five business days.

Expedited options available on form.

Upon submission and processing an official prepayment request document will be attached as a .pdf and sent via email to the "Requested by Email" address submitted on the form. The .pdf document will include information on the prepayment amount, valid through dates and instructions for sending the payment.

Any payments received will be sent an email as confirmation of payment.

IDENTIFYING FINANCE INFORMATION
A property with a PACE Assessment has a summary of the financing recorded in the public record of the property county. The summary will also include information on whom financed the PACE Assessment. ​

DOCUMENT PROCESSING FEE DISCLOSURE
Payoff Request
Payoff processing includes two documents:

Payoff Payment Request; Payment Instructions and account information.

Satisfaction of Assessment; Document recorded with the county to release the lien from the property after reconciliation of full payment.
Processing Options:

Standard: Processed within 3 to 5 business days require a $50 fee.

Expedited: Processed within 2 business days, excluding holidays require a $70 fee.

Paydown Request
Paydown processing includes two documents:

Paydown Payment Request; Payment instructions and account information.

Estimated schedule of annual assessment installments; Outlines the paydown reduction of principal and interest along with the estimated schedule of new annual payments that will be posted on the property tax bill.

Standard processed within 3 to 5 business days require a $25 fee.

SECURE PAYMENT of fees are processed by iATS. Payment processing by iATS provides an encrypted, secure connection between your web browser and a web server. ​Accepted form of payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

2025 Tax Bill
Please be advised that all payments received after July 15th will not remove or alter the assessment amount due on the 2025 Property Tax Bill. The PACE Assessment amount on the property tax bill must be paid accordingly.
Payment Confirmation
An email confirmation of funds received will be sent to the requestor upon the Florida Development Finance Corporation receiving notification from the Banking institution. Please allow seven to ten days for payments to be processed.

The "Bond Call Date" documented on the payoff request will determine the date the account will be eligible for an official Satisfaction of Assessment to be recorded with the assessed property county.

​Overpayments
Overpayments amounts larger than $100 will be refunded no later than June 30th. The Annual Assessment Administration Fee and current Annual Tax Collection Administration Fee are not refundable.
Underpayment
Payments that are less than the scheduled payment amount may result in additional interest due and an outstanding balance remaining on the account.​
